If you’ve spent any time searching for information about Abraham Adesanya Estate or other parts of Lagos, you’ve probably noticed a lot of the articles out there feel the same. The same few lines about security and convenience, copied and reworded across many different sites, written by people who may have never actually visited the estate they’re describing. We noticed that too, and it’s a big part of why we started this site.
What we’re trying to do
We want this to be a place where you can find honest, useful answers to the real questions people ask before they move to or invest in an estate. Things like: how secure is it really, is the road still flooding in the rainy season, and is that “luxury duplex” listing actually trustworthy. We try to answer these by checking for ourselves wherever we can. That means speaking with estate management committees, looking at whatever official records exist, and talking with people who actually live in these communities. If we can’t verify something, we say so honestly instead of guessing.
Why we started with Abraham Adesanya Estate
We began here in the Lekki-Ajah corridor because it’s the area we know best, and the one we could write about properly from day one. As we’ve grown more confident covering other communities with that same level of care, we’ve added them too. We’re not trying to write about every estate in Lagos overnight. We’d rather take our time and get it right.
Who we are
This site is written by Lukmon Isiaq, a Lagos-based property researcher who has spent time on the ground studying the Ajah corridor, talking to residents, agents, and estate management committees rather than just writing from a desk. We don’t sell property, and we’re not connected to any developer or agency, so we have no reason to tell you something is great when it isn’t.
What you won’t find here
You won’t find recycled brochure text dressed up as an article, made up statistics attached to a report that doesn’t actually exist, or filler written just to hit a word count. If you ever do spot something like that, please tell us. We’d genuinely rather know.
